At Hunter Bond, we’re urgently seeking new talent to join our rapidly growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to both work with and learn from the owners/directors and chair of Hunter Bond.

We’re looking for not just one, but five recruitment consultants to join our team in the coming weeks! With such a high volume of hires needed we’ve decided to hold a virtual open week for candidates from 27th - 31st July.

What will it involve - initial introduction discussions with our team, where you can find out about the current career opportunities available at Hunter Bond. If suitable the right candidates will go to being offered a full-time position with Hunter Bond in super-fast time.

  • We have a number of vacancies currently available. We're looking for both experienced recruiters to join our team, but we also have positions available to candidates with no prior experience in recruitment who are looking to start their career within the sector.
  • For the experienced roles, we're looking for candidates with the following: a proven track record of a strong billing history, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, the drive to become a market expert, and someone who has consistently exceeded targets set in previous roles.
  • For the entry-level roles, we need candidates with: strong business acumen, negotiation and influencing skills, and from a competitive background. The candidate must also have the ability to work within a team, this is something that is hugely important to us at Hunter Bond.

  • Managing the entire candidate recruitment process
  • Identify & Qualify: Source and approach potential candidates in a telephone-based environment, assessing their suitability against specific client requirements
  • Resource: Utilise job boards, internal database, and social media to find high-quality professionals
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities & generating leads
  • Help grow the businesses operations in the US/UK
